Streetfight Match

[TJ Codair]

“They say after awhile, your skin starts to get tougher and you begin to endure pain in a whole different way. Phillip is going to learn that real soon,when he takes that long, dark, bumpy ride straight to hell.”

The scene opens up as TJ Codair is seen punching a punching bag in the middle of the gym, look of un amusement is seen on his face as he punches the punching bag viciously. Codair stops grabs his water, and takes a chug off it. He puts his water down and starts goes to punch again, as a person comes up behind him.

Fan: “Hey, your TJ Codair right?”

Codair punches the bag on more time and turns to the fan, the fan realizes his hands are not taped up and a dark red, about to bleed however not, as Codair looks down at his hands, he looks back up at the fan and nods his head.

Fan: “Dude, your the man. I ain't seen anyone wrestle quite like you in that ring, specially in the WXW. Man I been a fan of yours for years.”

TJ: “Thanks man, I appreciate it.”

Fan; “So are you facing Phillip Saint's at the Pay Per View?”

TJ: “Yup, I guess so.”

Fan: “Take him out will you, the guy sucks anyways.”

Codair chuckles momentarily as he nods his head.

Fan: “Take it easy Teej, I will let you get back to what you were doing.”

TJ: “Thanks man, have a good one.”

The fan walks off as Codair gets a grin on his face. As he turns around and is met with a camera. Codair just shakes his head in disbelief.

TJ: “So let me guess this is the part where I tell everyone how I feel about getting a match against Phillip Saint's right. Well lets get this done and over with now before I get the time to just relax a bit, cause I am fired up as all hell right now as is.”

Codair cracks his neck.

TJ: “First, I told Angellus I was going to beat him, what happens, I beat him. Steve McKnight decides to stick his nose in my affairs and gets nothing in return. They think its over and what happens, Angellus still manages to lose the match. You know why, because I am better then all of you Saint's. So you can keep sending your little brat pack of lack luster talent pieces of garbage to interfere. Maybe just maybe the next time you will get it right. However that would involve you people being able to coordinate a plan right. I know, strategic planning is not a strength of yours now is it.”

Codair glares at the camera.

TJ: “I dunno who exactly the plan got thrown out from, cause we all know Robert Saint's has been ducking me sense I told his punk ass off at the Christmas party, however big brother Phil has been getting in my face keeping me occupied. Talking his game, talking his garbage, trying to get the focus off his baby brother, the true champion. What a joke, he is a paper champion, nothing more nothing less. As I was saying, Phil has been getting involved with things involving me lately and he is seriously, beginning to annoy the ever loving crap out of me.”

Codair rubs his hands

TJ: “That feeble minded failure of a man is that focused and dare I say brain damaged to keep antagonizing me. Well Phil, you got your wish. You have me in a match, see the problem is. I dunno if I should congratulate you for getting your wish, or condemn you for being such a dumb son of a bitch. You knock on the Devils door long enough, your gonna not like what comes out. Guess what, you knocked pal, and now you got me glaring at you, biting the bit so to speak ready to rip your god damn head off and mail it back to baby brother just so he knows just how much danger he truly is.”

Codair begins to laugh sadistically.

TJ: “You see, before it was not about even going for the title that your brother holds Phil, now you pissed me off to the point where what I did to Angellus was me being very nice. I am going to tear ya apart, because that is the type of guy I am.”

Codair glares at the camera

TJ: “I don't care about you, your family obviously, your health, your well being, whatever talentless legacy you have had. Hell I don't care if the guys before your currant 4th generation are trying to jump outta their graves trying to attack me in the ring, IM GOING TO BURY YOUR F###ING LEGACY. If that means I gotta piss on the graves of your ancestors just to provide you the proof you need that you are nothing. Well I got no problem getting the drinking going, I will just have to find where they are all buried.”

Codair glares.

TJ: “Wait a minute, I am supposed to be a good guy right, and your supposed to be the bad guy, why am I talking like this. Oh right, because I am the guy tat has the balls to say and do what no one else will and now its time I start proving how much you are worthless to this company. Your stock in this company along with your family is plummeting, right into the infernal abyss.”

Codair laughs sadistically again, as he stops rubbing his hands

TJ: “Just to think, you were the one that said that there was nothing I can do about it, that I was the one that could not get away from this match. You jumped right into the trap champ, you took the bait marvelously, all it took was a little bit of coaxing to the point where you had to get the match signed and now I get to play with you, and tear your body apart by any means I feel the need to do. Back to Hell, fitting name seeing as The Whole F'n Show goes against the Devil's Own, ha ha ha ha. Don't worry though. I will stick to the rules, I don't need people coming in on my behalf to ensure that I will get a victory. I will just do it the good old fashion way and rip you apart. Tear you down, destroy you both physically and mentally and make you wish you were dead. Show you the error in your ways, and leave you battered and broken a wasted example of what an actual wrestler is. I am going to destroy you, and leave you to be martyred by your family as the 2nd to have fallen, the 2nd to have been made an example of. However the 1st to be destroyed by me. Your biggest flaw is that mouth of yours, maybe just maybe the first thing I will break on you is that damn mouth of yours because I am sick to death of hearing it flap, as I am sure the rest of the fans are.”

Codair just breathes for a second.

TJ: “You see there is hell to pay, at Back To Hell, and trust me when I say this, I plan on bringing hell with me and reigning it down all over that pathetic excuse for a career of yours. Who do you think you are, me. I got a serious news flash for you. There is no one better at what I do then I am, and what I do ain’t nice. I end careers and I make em, you your just a means to an end result as of now. You see I had no interest in you until you really had to start defending baby brother. I tried to be nice about it, however you all had to piss me off to the point where I am going to just destroy you all. Why be nice about it. Best part of it is this, its a Street Fight.”

Codair puts his head down and tries to cover the maniacal laughter coming from him.

TJ: “All kidding aside, you wanted to take me on, and you got yourself in a street fight with me. Where there is no rules, so anyone can come down, we can use any weapon of our choosing, hell we can punch, kick, take any cheap shot we want. Are you out of your bloody mind seriously, this is great. So not only do I have to plan on taking you on. More then likely I got to plan on taking on your entire family. Well so much for fairness.”

Codair shrugs.

TJ: “However I do thrive on being the underdog, and with the odds in your favor with all your many family members. I know this is going to be a special little treat. I know that as of right now, I am on borrowed time, and I know that I will probably not just face you, but more then likely that nimrod Steven McKnight, that dumb ass Angellus, your cousin Eddie from the San Fernando Valley, that fat guy selling the hot dogs in the 18th row, and possibly Robert himself even though he is not scheduled to be in the ring. Yup, paper champion, but that’s neither here nor there. However I am excited what kind of fun are you guys planning to put me through. Barbed wire bat, Chair across the back of the neck, maybe a table or two, how about a lead pipe.”

Codair glares at the camera.

TJ: “Do you see fear in my eyes? No, what you see in my eyes is the opportunity to say that no matter what you stood up for your family and you did so with class, courage, dignity and honor. By doing your best to make sure you eliminate a huge threat against your family. By taking on the man that has already defied you all and pointed out the blatantly obvious and everyone starting to see the truth. You think that this match frightens me? You naive little maggot, this match don't frighten me. This match excites the hell out of me. You know why, because there is no rules and I can do to you whatever my black heart decides is just right for the special douche bag you are. This is pure amusement, this is pure fun. Business went out the window a long time ago. This is just personal now.”

Codair focuses on the camera.

TJ: “Maybe I stepped over the line just a little bit. Maybe I pushed you beyond the boundaries that you needed to be pushed. However for some gosh darn reason I find myself not fearing you Phil. Maybe it's been the years of torture I put myself through, however I am still standing, still as tough and still as dangerous as they come. You see Phil, the one thing you fail to realize is that I now have you exactly where I want you. Scary to some, perfect for me. You see I know you well enough to know you and the rest of you lil maggot's ain't used to seeing a guy like me come in and go right after people like you. You know why I did so. To make a statement. To have everyone watching me and worried. If I got the balls to take on the top guys with no fear, with no limitations, what am I truly capable of? You see your biggest mistake is that you actually got this match made. You did exactly what I wanted you to, and as a matter of fact put it in your favor. However you fail to realize that its all been calculated.”

Codair chuckles for a second.

TJ: “Now, I know you being the smart guy you believe yourself to be. Think that I am just giving you a line of crap. Still though, why would I go after the big dogs. Simple, take out the big dogs for a hostile take over the likes you or non of your family have ever seen before.”

Codair shrugs.

TJ: “I suppose now is a good time to reveal some plans I have in the works for the likes of you people. Don't worry I brought you up directly while I was telling Satan my plans, and he agrees you kids are adorable when you think you got everything figured out. He also assures me that I am free to do anything I care to, no repercussions. Which is fine by me, I wanted to make sure that he knew I was not trying to steal his business. He assured me it was all good, and that no matter what you idiots tried to pull, you would not be able to escape the inevitable. Guess what that entails, me dethroning Robert Saints. Apparently though, me having to do that I am going to have to make examples of everyone in his family before I get that kind of opportunity. It just so happens I kind of like the idea, however I question to what lengths I will have to do so. Do I have to sleep with your sister, or should I just settle with crucifying you seeing as we all know your looking to be martyred for your actions. Is it retribution, or a trial of fire to gain your family acceptance. Cause I get the impression your nothing more then the black sheep. Nothing more, nothing less, it is alright though. You seem like your only use is to just annoy people. Which you are doing quite a fine job doing with how you parade around and think your someone special when all I have seen from you is just that. You parading around and sticking your nose where it don't belong. So what if I insulted every single last one of you. You guys running around is an insult to wrestling. Its a vicious circle, however like Murphy Law dictates anything bad that can happen, it will. You will be a victim of that. So do you care if I put the spikes in your wrist or your hands, I suggest wrist.”

Codair turns and looks at the crowd of people coming around him and listening to what he has to say. Codair just looks around.

TJ: “You see all these people, half of them at the very least are going to be watching our match with baited breath, waiting and wondering who is going to beat who and how. Fact is this, we are going to steal the show, everyone knows this. Everyone knows that once those bells ring the real main event begins. That no one will even come close to touching what we are going to pull off in that ring. That is a fact, you and I both know it. Any fan of the WXW know it, all the wrestlers know it. Even that stupid brother in law of yours, oh don't worry Steve, I ain't forgotten bout you. Back to Hell ha, such a fitting name however the whole lot of ya, specially you Phil, have no idea what Hell is. Oh and don't even tell me that Hell was training from your dad. Don't even discuss your epic matches because you have no idea what an epic match is like.”

Codair tilts his head to the left as the sound of cracking is heard

TJ: “Oh that was a good one. Phil, see you seem to think your this really big fish in this giant ocean, that analogy was thrown at me last week by Angellus. What happened to him, even with the outside interference, he got beaten. A Saint with a Broken Halo, fitting. Seeing as that is what is going to happen to you. You think your a threat to me? You think because you talk a big game, that your going to be the big game, that your going to be better then me. You see, I could care less on what you think, what you feel, who is backing whatever play you got. I am one of the best in the world, you know why. It ain't because its a flashy title I gave myself. It is because I have earned it, In japan, in the organizations I have wrestled in. The fans seeing me on the streets, the excitement that people get when I come to there company to wrestle. I am the only man alive that does not need to come out and prove myself, because I am already written in stone to be a main eventer with out even trying.”

Codair gets a smirk on his face.

TJ: “I am also as dangerous as they come, in the ring, I am very lethal. However what I am best is far more complex then your miniature brain will ever truly understand, and it is something that this company is very afraid of me doing. They are afraid to gimme the microphone and giving me the time of day to go out to the ring whenever I want and say whatever I feel. You know why that is. It is because of what I have come out and said about all of your pansy asses. The sad part about it, the reason they are all afraid. Is because in that segment where I was in the ring and saying my piece every single one of the fans, every single member of management, every single wrestler on the roster knew that a changing of the guard was coming. That everyone I thought was weak was going to fall, that every false idol, your brother included Phil was going to be laid out. Everyone got real afraid, because they know one thing about me. I say something it is pretty damn close to the truth.”

Codair glares at the camera.

TJ: “Now there is off the wall comments that I make, some involving people liking things they shouldn't or even how some people look like bulldogs, then again, others such as Tiffany not being able to read past a kindergarten level. That is just to liven things up, because that’s how I think and what I try to do. I am here to kick people around, and also get a good laugh in the process. What can I say, I am a giver. However in the same breath, I have also alienated myself from everyone else. No one is sure how to feel about me.”

Codair just looks around at the fans behind him watching him and just shrugs.

TJ: “You see, the Saint's are planning my demise, Phil and Angellus have said things involving my doom. I guess everyone is so used to what the Saint's say actually coming to pass they may not even wanna get near me. Afraid that if they become affiliated with me or even acknowledge my existence they may end up a casualty of war. Sad to say, however it needs to be addressed, you all are weak. If these feeble minded people got you brain washed to the point that you actually believe that I am a dead man, you all need to snap out of it real quickly.”

Codair looks at the camera, and focuses in real closely.

TJ: “Phil, our match is going to be a career defining match for you, and honestly should I lose it shows that I am actually losing my touch. Bet you would love to have this victory under your belt wouldn't ya. Just to be able to say hey, I made the single threat you have had lately Robert, I put down. He was nothing. That would be something you would just love saying to your baby brother now wouldn't it. However we all know that it wont be the case, however it does not hurt to dream right. I mean shit, who has ever been hurt by having a dream. If we choose not to acknowledge the past 100 years. Phil, the very thought of you defeating me at Back to Hell, that is just a dream. A dream that will soon escape you and reality will come crashing down. Phillip, do you understand that you have no chance of survival, you have no chance of being the man you think you are. I am going to take that dream away. There is no stopping this.”

Codair keeps his eyes locked on the camera and glares at it, as the fans behind Codair begin to chant his name. Codair spreads his arms as the fans cheer.

TJ: “Any of the fans want a flashy, strict to flying around insane top rope things. This ain't going to be the match for it. This is going to be violent. I assure you of that, and the best man will walk out triumphant. Guess what Phil, that won't be you.”

The scene ends as Codair turns away from the camera and turns to the fans.

[Phillip Saints]

The scene opens with Phillip Saints making his way into the arena right here in Houston Texas. He is in his Impulse Red 2005 Toyota Corolla as he parks in his usual parking space which is normally next to Robert’s dark blue with white roof 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme lowrider but tonight Robert’s car isn’t here or if he’s coming, then he’s not here yet.

Phillip opens the trunk and takes out his gym bag and locks back the trunk.

Phillip: Here we are in beautiful Houston Texas where tonight I’m going to finally shut up that loud mouth that goes by the name of TJ Codair. You’ve been going after my family as if we’re some run of the mill family but we’re the Saints and that means that we’re better than you and almost everyone else in this business so tonight I’m going to teach you where you belong. I’m a no one you say? I’m the first ever WXW Grand Slam Champion in this business and I didn’t get there because people was being easy on me, I worked my ass off to get those championships and that accolade so I’m not going to let someone as delusional as yourself take that all away from me.

Phillip enters the arena and heads for the locker room area.

Phillip: You talk big boy, like that’s going to save you from the beating that you’re going to get tonight at my hands. I usually am a nice guy not doing too much but now that you’ve pushed my buttons and tried to insult my intelligence backstage that means that now we’re at total war and I’m not going to be the one held responsible for whatever I might do to you later tonight when we get into that ring and the referee rings the bell to start the match.

Phillip enters his locker room and then looks around as he thinks of which machine to start working on first. He goes over to the bench press and his personal trainer walks behind the bench spotting him in case he should not be able to do all the weight on the bar.

Phillip: I might be conceited but I at least think I deserved to be so unlike you who thinks that everything should be handed to you just because you were some big star in another company many years ago, newsflash this is World Xtreme Wrestling not some other company so you have to pay your dues in this company in order to get anywhere so tonight you and me are in that ring so let’s see if you pay your dues or do you still own the business a bit more than you’re willing to cash out.

Phillip sits down on the bench and catches his breath as his trainer passes him a bottle of water. He wipes his forehead with a towel.

Phillip: Yes, I don’t like my brother Robert but that’s between me and him so you need not get yourself in my business but then when you went and tried to bury his name that’s where I stepped in because no one has the right or power to bury the WXW World Heavyweight Champion. I would like to smack that smirk off his face don’t get me wrong but that’s my right as his brother not yours because you’re a damn Codair, whatever they’re done for the business, can you tell me?

Phillip now returns to working out with the free weights.

Phillip: My twin brother might be a very boring and harsh champion here in WXW but that’s all he knows really from watching our father but I’m trying to help him whether he wants my help or not so I must get rid of you first in order to make sure there won’t be stopping me from bringing my brother back from the dangerous ledge that he’s currently towering over. TJ Codair, you’re in for a fight of your life so you better bring your best because if you’re not then I’m going to have no choice but to pick you apart piece by piece. Family is strong in the Saints’ Family even if my brother Robert doesn’t think that we care about him anymore since he turned his back on the fans and the family.

Phillip drops onto the floor and starts doing diamond pushups while his trainer counts him down as he continues doing the pushups.

Phillip: This family is a strong bond that isn’t going to break just because you think that you’re better than all of Saints because we’ll prove you wrong, we’ve proved a lot of people wrong in the past so you’re not the first wrestler to try and drive a wedge between us, The Saints so if I was you, I would just focus on our match and not on the family otherwise you’re going to have no one but yourself to blame when you lose tonight.

Phillip exits his locker room heading for the ring.

Phillip is no longer in the view of the camera as it slowly fades away to black before the commercials start for the advertisers of World Xtreme Wrestling and it’s weekly show of Monday Night WAR and it’s upcoming Pay Per View Back to Hell live on Jan 12, 2014.
