The scene fades up inside the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. We see Candy sitting on the couch in hers and Marcus' dressing room, brushing Fluffy's hair. Suddenly there is a knock at the door.

Candy: COME IN!

Josh Matson popped his head in.

Josh Matson: Hell, Miss Candy. I am here to speak to Marcus about his debut match. Is he here?

Candy motioned to the shower area.

Candy: He's changing.

Josh Matson: Is he going to be long?

Candy: Marcus, are you ready?

From the shower came Marcus' voice.

Marcus Cage: I'M NOT COMING OUT IN THIS.

Candy: You lost the bet. Now get out here for your interview.

From the shower area came a nearly naked Marcus Cage. He wore nothing on his feet, but wore a diaper, a baby bonnet, a pacifier around his neck, an oversized baby bottle filled with Mountain Dew, a 2014 and a baby bib that read "Reporting For Doody"

Marcus Cage: I can't believe you're really making me wear this.

Candy: YOU said that if you didn't get the first strike of the new year, then you would dress up as Baby New Year. You didn't get it, because I did, so be a man of your word.

Josh tried stiffling a laugh.

Marcus Cage: What's so funny, Josh? You never saw a grown ass man, wearing a diaper, and drinking Mountain Dew out of a giant baby bottle?

Josh just shook his head.

Marcus Cage: You should try it sometime. It's quite freeing. Now, let's get on with this.

Josh Matson: OK... Marcus, this is your first match here in WXW. You are facing Josiah Lincoln. I want to know what's going through your mind right now?

Marcus Cage: A new year, a new beginning. A fresh start in a new promotion gives an individual the chance to reinvent themselves, wash away the past, and aim for a more positive future. It's awfully fitting that I find myself in a new federation. The WXW, is my chance to turn things around. Sure, I've had success in the past, but the last few years have felt like such a struggle to stay afloat in this business. This is a chance to put an entire company on notice, that I am HERE, and I am NOT going to be ignored. I WILL make people talk, and I WILL be noticed. And it starts this week, the first show, of 2014. My rise to the top begins this week when I beat... uh... who am I facing again?

Candy began looking at the program for the show.

Candy: Uh... it looks like Josie

Marcus Cage Oh dear Christ. Please tell me, HE didn't follow us.

Candy: No, it's not him, this guys name is Josie Lincoln.

Candy opened her mouth in suprise.

Candy: Maybe he's related to Albert Lincoln, our beloved 3rd (Holding up 4 fingers) President.

Marcus Cage: Candy? That's Abraham Lincoln and he's the 16th President.

Candy held up her fingers and began counting in her head.

Candy: Ohhhhh, I forgot. But he's not the other Josie.

Marcus Cage: Thank God. I thought we were going to to have to move again. Anyway, getting back to Josiah Ce... I mean Lincoln. I don't know what this man is capable of IN the ring, I know NOTHING about this guy, but his name and that he's from Germany. BUT... I've made a career out of being an underdog, and facing guys I had little info on. I on the other hand... and a powder keg of unpredictability. Did you expect to see me come out here dressed as Baby New Year? NO! But I did it to be a man of my word, I lost a bet and this is my penance. But notice I'm unafraid to stand here doing this. Did Floyd McCarver expect to get whacked by Santa's sack last month? Well, he might have. But, I'm a man who can NOT be predicted. You can't calculate my actions. You can't anticipate my next move. I'm am constantly changing. I'm like lightning, I never strike the same place twice. My assault is as tough as a tank, and as fast as a jet. Josiah, I hope you can bring it, cuz I am a man who can steal the show, whether its the mainevent of a pay-per-view, a title match on a flagship show, or a dark match of a B-Rated show, because I AM THAT GOOD! I am "The High Voltage Superstar" Marcus Cage...

He grabbed the program from Candy and held up his page.

Marcus Cage: Page 12 in your programs, number 1 in your hearts.

Giggles come from the hallway as Marcus realized the door was left open and a small crowd had gathered in the hallway, watching him cut a promo dressed as Baby New Year.

Marcus Cage: WHAT'S SO FUNNY? AINT NOBODY SEEN A GROWN MAN DRESSED AS A BABY BEFORE?

He began handing Candy and Josh some of his accessories.

Marcus Cage: HOLD MY BINKY. Don't drink from my bottle. I've gotta have a few words with these people.

The crowd dispersed as Marcus chased after them down the hall, leaving Josh and Candy standing there as the scene faded out.

[Josiah Lincoln]

++In a dark parking garage for the Enigma Night Club in Rosemont IL. People can be seen scurrying around heading in the direction of the night club. The camera moves in on 2 certain people walking. One has on a hoody and has his head lowered. As they walk out of the parking garage to turn the corner towards the night club a commotion can be heard the camera pans around revealing a lady on the ground with two guys over her attacking her. Josiah and Grady look at each other.++

Josiah Lincoln: Do you see that?

Grady Morgan: Yeah Josiah I see what is happenin' there. That lady is being attacked, what do yoos say we stop that?

Josiah Lincoln: Yeah we need to break it up, which one you want the broad shouldered one or the other?

Grady Morgan: I'll take either one, which ever yoos don't want I will take.

++Josiah Lincoln and Grady Morgan step forward and Josiah nods towards the broad shouldered one. Giving Grady a hint to take on the other one, so they begin fighting with the two guys to help the lady. Afterward the two guys scurry away, Josiah turns towards the lady. He reaches his hand forward to help her up.++

Lady: How may I ever repay you guys for saving me?

Grady Morgan: It was our pleasure ma'am nah need ta repay us for nothin' that we have done.

Lady: I really can't let you go without doing something.

++Josiah Lincoln moves over a little bit closer to her and gives her a smile.++

Josiah Lincoln: Were you headed towards the night club when those Arschlöcher (assholes) attacked you? Or were you headed back to your car?

Lady: I was actually headed to the night club.

++He gives her a little wink from his left eye.++

Josiah Lincoln: Maybe you could buy us a drink as payment for helping you out here.

Lady: That works if you're sure that is the only thing that the two of you will want as payment.

++The three of them begin to walk down to the night club together, Josiah flirting a little bit with the lady as they walk. They walk inside of the night club and over to the bar area.++

Josiah Lincoln: Can I get a Bud Light for myself and whatever the lady wants?

Lady: Please call be Candace. +She looks over at the bartender+ I'll take a Sex on the Beach.

++Josiah looks at her and gives her a smile.++

Grady Morgan: I would like a Bud Light also mate.

Candace: I have a question I've been wondering since the two of you saved me? Aren't you the newest World Xtreme Wrestling tag team, Josiah Lincoln and Grady Morgan.

Josiah Lincoln: Yes that is the case, we are Josiah and Grady +He points to Grady when he says his name.+

Candace: Wow it's great to meet you, I have started liking your wrestling since your debut match against The Crow.

Josiah Lincoln: Thank you Candace. Have you heard about the current match that I have going on?

Candace: Yeah I think so, you are taking on some new guy right? Oh what's his name?

++Josiah gets a confused expression on his face as if he can't even recall the opponents name.++

Grady Morgan: The blokes name is Marcus Cage.

Josiah Lincoln: Oh that's right because I made a joke about he maybe a Cage but I will be the Caged Animal when someone wonders into it's territory.

++Candace laughs at Josiah's little joke.++

Candace: What do you know about your opponent other than that he is coming over from some other wrestling promotion?

Josiah Lincoln: I really don't know too much about the man other than that he has a little girlfriend by the name of Candy. The girl isn't all there it seems, her mind is full of rocks instead of brains.

Grady Morgan: Josiah yoos need ta be on your best game tonight yoos aren't facin' the fluke Phoenix yoos are facing someone that has had title belts in other federations.

Josiah Lincoln: The man may have had success in other federations but Grady, you as much as anyone knows that this is a new federation. Not everyone is going to be able to become the best of the best. Marcus may have some titles under his belt in other federations including a tag team title reign. However that means nothing here, he is in singles action, his former tag partner isn't even around to save his ass when it is on the line.

++Josiah Lincoln walks away from the table to head towards the bathroom area. He instead stops and looks into the camera.++

Josiah Lincoln: Marcus, why in the world does Candy wanna be with a dumbass like yourself? She could have a lot more fun with a real man like me. But hey everyone know she isn't the smartest cookie in the can anyway.

++He laughs a bit before shaking his head. He looks down at the ground for a second before raising his head thus fully pushing off the hoody that he still had on.++

Josiah Lincoln: Marcus you may not know much about me, yet there is a lot to know about me if you just do your research on your opponent. You know I'm from Germany wow who doesn't man. Unpredictability hmmmm that sure as hell doesn't fit you, yeah you can do things on the spur of the moment, but are you really unpredictably hell no. You are the furthest from that, you are very predictable. I knew before the night began that you were going to run your little mouth off about your career, about how you have done against guys. Whoa man like that is supposed to scare the hell out of me, well let me tell you it doesn't. Yeah you maybe tough as nails, but have you ever fought someone who is as fast as lightning, who can dodge a move without you even realizing it? No I surely don't faced anyone as fast, as high-flying, as smart, and as tough as the one and only Josiah Lincoln.

++Josiah Lincoln walks on to the bathroom, as the camera focuses in again on the table that he had just left from. Showing a man walking up to Candace hitting on her but she just dismisses the person without a second thought.++
