Kyle Johnson: Hello everyone and welcome to Monday Night WAR. The new International Champion is already in the ring along with our very own Maria to have his much anticipated exclusive interview regarding his title win over Steven McKnight at Night of Dreams.
Tyson Cooper: A great way to open the show, so let’s get to it and hear what he has to say!
______________________________________________________________________
Exclusive Interview With WXW International Champion Andrew Ryder
(The camera is now on the new International Champion Andrew Ryder who has one of WXW’s interviewers Maria standing in front of him with a microphone in her hand. He has his newly acquired title belt draped over his shoulder.)
Maria: Well Andrew, Night of Dreams proved to be an excellent night for you. How does it feel to have the International Championship around your waist?
Andrew Ryder: It feels great, awesome even. Only thing that sucks about winning this title is the look of the title itself. But holding the International Title around my waist is wonderful.
Maria: Let’s touch on Steven McKnight for a moment. Did you find him to be a challenge during that match, or did it go easier than what you expected it to be?
Andrew Ryder: It went exactly as I had expected it to be. It wasn't the first time I faced him, so I knew what to expect from him. That wasn't really much at all though, even if I came into the match blind, it would have made no difference. Steven isn't much competition for me. He never has been.
Maria: I don’t need to tell you that there are some very tough guys on the roster right now. Who do you think poses a threat to your title and tell us why you think they might be a challenge for you.
Andrew Ryder: Yeah there are tough guys on the roster. On the other hand, I don't think none of them match up to me. So on that note, there is no one at all that matches up. The only one that poses a slight threat to me if I had to name one would be Dean Andry. Dean has yet to make his WXW debut, but I have seen him in the indy feds. He’s a skilled wrestler.
Maria: Rumour has it that you train a lot in the gym. How many hours a day do you workout and do you think that your self discipline played a part in you winning the International title?
Andrew Ryder: Anyone that wants to know how much training I do can go to my web site, www.andrewryder.com. I have the training routine listed on there. As far as the hours I spend, at least a good four hours a day is spent with my workout. Yes I do think that my self discipline played a part in my winning, but on the other hand, I had the suckiest opponent that anyone could have had, besides Robert Saints.
Maria: I just want to conclude our interview by asking you a couple of questions that require your personal viewpoint. What is your personal definition of success?
Andrew Ryder: To be able to live life as I choose; to do as I choose, when I choose... preferably without any corporate, management or government restriction or control. To be completely autonomous. So, I can only become partially successful, since the management feels they have the right to tell me what I can and can't do with my life and body. Also being successful to me is being the person that you were meant to be. Whether you are one of the richest guys or the poorest, even one of the poorest people can still be successful if they are being the person they were meant to be.
Maria: For the young guys in the locker room, what is your advice to them if they are looking to achieve championship status in this industry?
Andrew Ryder: My advice to them would be to wait until I retire because as long as the name Andrew Ryder is on the name plate of this championship, they will NEVER become a champion, unless they go after that punk ass Robert Saints’ title. So in that case, my advice to them would be to remain focused on your goal and don't let minor set backs take you away from that goal. Keep your focus and keep training. Have your skills matched up to your training and don't allow minor mistakes in the ring to interfere with you winning. You can make mistakes but be able to counter balance those mistakes with awesome abilities in order to take your opponent off guard. Also finish the match as quick as possible because the longer you are in the ring, the more your opponent thinks he has you.
Maria: Thank you so much Andrew for coming out here and talking with me tonight in front of all the fans like this.
Andrew Ryder: Yeah, thanks for taking up my precious time. I could be doing more important things than a stupid interview with you in front of all of these idiots in Milwaukee.
(The fans begin booing at Andrew saying the wrong city.)
Fans: Green Bay! Green Bay!
Andrew Ryder: Okay, okay!! Green Bay then! But still one of the most boring cities in the world.
(Andrew’s theme song, “I Stand Alone” by Godsmack, starts to play around the arena as Andrew climbs out of the ring and heads up the ramp. The show goes to a commercial break.)
_______________________________________________________________________
(The show comes back from commerical break showing Andrew Ryder walking in the backstage area of the arena carrying his gymbag. He stops next to a trash can. He drops the current International Title that was draped over his shoulder into the trash can.)
Andrew Ryder: Now that I have gotten rid of the trash... it’s time to hold my true International Title. One that I can be proud of.
(Andrew holds the gymbag up and unzips it. He pulls out a new title belt that he drapes over his shoulder. It is showing off a smoking skull on the front of it. Andrew looks quite content as he slowly walks out of the camera’s view. The show goes back to ringside.)
_______________________________________________________________________
Kyle Johnson: Folks, we were about to have The Carters vs. Phillip Saints and Nick Saints match up next, but we just got word that due to some extremely bad weather and their flights being cancelled, neither team will be able to make it here tonight for their match. Therefore, the match is being postponed until our next Monday Night WAR show on August 19.
Tyson Cooper: This is unfortunate, but things like this do happen on rare occurences and cannot be helped. However, this won’t stop us from keeping up with the rest of tonight’s action, so let’s move on to the next scheduled match of the night. Ariel Starr is making her debut here tonight and hopes to get a win over the WXW Women’s Champion Demmi Mae in this non-title match. Both women are in the ring and ready to go!
_______________________________________________________________________
Ariel Starr vs. Demmi Mae – Non Title
Once the bell rings, Demmi takes early control with a sharp knee to Ariel’s stomach, then punches her in the face forcing Ariel to back into the corner. Demmi goes after her and kicks her in the adbomen, then pulls her out of the corner and gives her a knee to the ribs and throws Ariel down to the mat. Demmi grins a bit before picking Ariel up and bodyslamming her and going for a cover…
1…
2…
Ariel kicks out.
Kyle Johnson: It’s too early to put Ariel away so fast.
Jarrett Firewalker: She just got here to WXW. She has a lot to prove to everyone and she’s hoping to show the women’s champion what she’s made of in this match.
Demmi yells at the referee in frustration, then she starts to walk towards Ariel but is caught off guard by a running spear by Ariel! Ariel starts pounding away on Demmi’s face with punch after punch! Ariel stands up and shouts at the champion to get up!
Kyle Johnson: Ariel has the momentum right now.
Tyson Cooper: She’s a tough competitor.
Demmi makes it to her feet and Ariel whips her into the corner turnbuckles, then comes running at her but Demmi meets her with a running forearm. Ariel goes down to the mat and Demmi drags her over to the middle rope and starts choking her with it! The referee is calling for Demmi to stop.
Jarrett Firewalker: Don’t listen to the ref Demmi! Keep at her! Don’t let her breathe!
Tyson Cooper: Will you stop!
She throws Ariel off the rope and kicks her a few times. Demmi gets her up and whips her into the ropes and bends down for her next move, but Ariel kicks her in the face instead. Demmi is holding onto her jaw as Ariel goes up to the top turnbuckle and nails Demmi with a flying elbow. Demmi stumbles back but it wasn’t enough to get the champ off her feet. Ariel grabs Demmi and delivers a snap suplex, then goes for a cover…
1…
2…
Kickout at 2!
Tyson Cooper: Both women aren’t letting up.
Kyle Johnson: Some excellent wrestling skills being displayed here.
Suddenly the crowd starts to get loud and they focus their attention away from the match and are looking towards the top of the entrance ramp.
Jarrett Firewalker: Look who’s coming down to the ring.
Kyle Johnson: Wait a minute… That’s Leanna Slater! What the hell is she doing out here??
Leanna Slater makes her way down to the ring and stands on the outside looking up at the match taking place. Ariel and Demmi continue on with their match for about a minute until Leanna gets up onto the apron and starts to shout at Ariel, calling her a piece of trash among other insulting comments. Ariel walks over to Leanna and starts arguing with her and this causes a distraction that Demmi is about to capitalize on. With Ariel’s back turned, she can’t see Demmi right behind her and Demmi quickly takes Ariel’s legs out from under her with one swift kick, then rolls Ariel up and hooks her leg for the win!!
Kyle Johnson: I don’t believe what just happened! Leanna came out here and made Ariel lose the match!
Jarrett Firewalker: Oh come off it! It’s Ariel’s own fault for losing. She let Leanna take her focus off of Demmi and she paid for it.
Jasmine: Here is your winner… Demmi Mae!!
Leanna jumps down from the side of the ring and walks back up the ramp with a big grin on her face. She raises her arms up as if to say “Don’t blame me”, then disappears into the backstage area. Demmi leaves the ring with her women’s championship belt and Ariel is still on the mat in the ring as angry as ever over what just happened.
Kyle Johnson: Ariel won’t take this lightly. She won’t let Leanna get away with this.
Tyson Cooper: Question is, why is Leanna targeting Ariel in the first place.
Jarrett Firewalker: This is gonna get interesting.

(The camera goes backstage where we see Cassandra Caldwell walking down the hall holding a bundle of papers and files. She turns a corner only to come face to face with Dean Andry and Darren Maddox. They are grinning at her, but her face remains serious.)
Cassandra Caldwell: If you boys need something, then spill it. Otherwise, I need you out of my way so that I can get to my office. As you can see, I have a lot of work to do.
Dean Andry: Now, now… Why so cold? We haven’t caused any trouble, so you may wanna treat us a little better than that.
Cassandra Caldwell: You haven’t started any trouble….YET. But it’s going to happen sooner or later. I’ve looked into both yours and Darren’s history and I’m well aware of the fact that both of you have had run-ins with the law.
Darren Maddox: In my defense, that guy in the bar had it coming to him. He started the argument with me, so I decked him one. He was about to punch me first, so I was just defending myself.
Cassandra Caldwell: Yeah well, if my assistant hadn’t convinced me into hiring you guys and your friend Leanna Slater, the three of you wouldn’t even get to wrestle here and earn a good paycheck. My assistant is a former parole officer and she believes in giving people a second chance. So… consider WXW as your second chance in life. Don’t blow it for yourselves.
Dean Andry: It’s kinda hard to blow my chance here when you didn’t even book me this week. I’m not happy about that either.
Darren Maddox: You could have at least let us debut together… in a tag team match or something.
(Cassandra stops and thinks for a moment, then she comes up with an idea.)
Cassandra Caldwell: Alright Dean… You want to start competing as soon as possible? You got it. On the next Monday Night WAR… you’re going to be in a tag team match. BUT… there’s one stipulation.
(Dean and Darren look at each other, then look back at Cassandra.)
Dean Andry: Which is?
Cassandra Caldwell: You’re tag team partner can be any wrestler…. EXCEPT DARREN MADDOX.
(Both men start to look confused and pissed off.)
Dean Andry: Darren and I are an awesome tag team. What the hell’s your problem with Darren??
Cassandra Caldwell: Oh, I don’t have a problem with him. You’re misunderstanding me. I don’t want you tag teaming with him for this match because I want to see how well you do WITHOUT Darren fighting at your side. And also… I want to see how well you work with someone else on the roster. But… since you think I’m being so harsh with you… I’ll cut you a bit of a break… Your partner… will be of YOUR CHOOSING.
(She readjusts the papers that she’s holding since they are starting to get awkward to hold onto.)
Cassandra Caldwell: Now I really need to get back to my desk. You let me know once you’ve found a partner.
(She starts to walk past them and Dean and Darren watch her leave, then they look at each other and Dean starts to grin.)
Dean Andry: Don’t worry. I’ve got this covered. I’ve got someone in mind for this. I’m sure he’ll say yes.
(Both men proceed down the hall and the camera goes to commercial break.)
_______________________________________________________________________
Vicious X-Terminator vs. Raven – Non-Title
Jeremy Tucker: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and in the ring are the competitors of the next match, Raven and Vicious X-Terminator.
Kyle Johnson: This is the first time these two men are locking up here in World Xtreme Wrestling, and knowing the background of both men, this is nothing short of a slobber knocker because both Raven and Vicious X-Terminator can take a lot of punishment as well as dish out a lot of punishment to their opponents.
Tyson Cooper: That’s right Kyle and tonight is the first in-ring match of Vicious X-Terminator after winning the WXW Hardcore Championship at Night of Dreams last month on pay per view. Vicious X-Terminator went through a brutal match with George Leighton-Ridgewood. There is no way in that short turnaround time that he’s anywhere near one hundred percent for tonight’s match.
Jarrett Firewalker: That might be true due to the fact that he was walking ever so gingerly down to the ring during the commercial break.
Kyle Johnson: The referee for this match Slick Johnson, no relation to me of course, has called for the bell.
Raven pops up to his feet, while on the other side of the ring, Vicious X-Terminator is shown bracing against the ropes to keep himself on his feet. Raven is mocking Vicious X-Terminator in the middle of the ring as referee Slick Johnson is asking him if he wants to waive the match off but Vicious X-Terminator can be heard loudly saying “NO, I will continue to wrestle!”.
Both men lock up in the middle of the ring with a test of strength, but Vicious X-Terminator is fading as Raven turns it into an abdominal stretch, really working over those ribs of Vicious X-Terminator. Raven behind the referee’s back uses the ring rope for extra leverage until the referee finally sees it and pushes Raven’s hand off of the ring rope.
Kyle Johnson: How long can Vicious X-Terminator withstand this move with his hurt ribs.
Vicious X-Terminator with a few elbows to the thigh finally gets out of the abdominal stretch with a hip toss. The severity of the abdominal stretch causes Vicious X-Terminator to crash down to the mat after breaking the hold.
Tyson Cooper: You can barely hear yourself over this loud crowd that’s rooting for Vicious X-Terminator over Raven. That’s kind of a weird thing because normally Raven is the fan favorite and Vicious X-Terminator is the guy that the fans rub the wrong way, but tonight the roles are reversed.
Raven stalking his prey as he looks to be going for the Raven Effect DDT but as he lifts up Vicious X-Terminator from the mat, Vicious X-Terminator begins hitting Raven with thunderous right and left elbow shots. The last one rocks Raven right in the jaw as Raven is now holding his mouth as he turns around back towards Vicious X-Terminator who then hits the Brainbuster but due to his hurt ribs, he wasn’t able to hit it fully onto Raven.
Kyle Johnson: Raven took a nasty bump to the head seeing as Vicious X-Terminator wasn’t able to hold him up there to fully connect the move. But now I wonder who’s in worse shape, Raven whose holding his neck or Vicious X-Terminator whose holding his ribs.
Both men are down as Raven is shown trying to get up but he keeps falling back down and Vicious X-Terminator is in the middle of the ring rolling around in agony for his ribs. Referee Slick Johnson is now at a six count as both men have yet to get back up onto their feet.
Jarrett Firewalker: There is no shame in taking a double count out and continuing this feud at a later point in time when both men are healed up at one hundred percent.
Still both men are struggling to get back to their vertical base. Raven now on his knees as he is still holding his neck, and now Vicious X-Terminator using the ropes to pull himself up back to his feet ever so slowly and the same thing with Raven on the other side of the ring.
Kyle Johnson: Both competitors are back on their feet. How, I don’t know.
Raven and Vicious X-Terminator meet in the middle of the ring and have one armed slugfest as their other arm is holding their injured body parts. The match is now very limited in what both competitors can do. Raven is shown running at Vicious X-Terminator who then ducks under Raven’s superkick attempt and hits the spear onto Raven, but at the last second Raven has the wherewithal to turn the spear attempt into the Raven Effect DDT.
Fans: This is awesome!! This is awesome!! This is awesome!!
Tyson Cooper: I have to agree with the fans that this match is indeed awesome. Raven was able to reverse the ending of the spear into a Raven Effect DDT, but due to his neck injury, Raven is unable to cover Vicious X-Terminator.
Referee Slick Johnson begins counting once again as both men are down on the mat for the time being. Raven slowly beginning to get back to his feet, but Vicious X-Terminator is not moving since being planted into the mat by that Raven Effect DDT.
Tyson Cooper: This has been one hell of a match and this isn’t even the main event of the evening!
Kyle Johnson: Not the main event? To me and the thousands in attendance and the millions watching at home throughout the world, this match right here is the true main event of the night. These two men have went tooth and nail trying to one up each other to the point where now they’re injured and can barely continue to wrestle
Vicious X-Terminator beginning to stir now as the referee has been lenient with the ten count hoping that both men would get back onto their feet before having to count both of them out. Raven is up and then he pulls up Vicious X-Terminator and hits another Raven Effect DDT, but Vicious X-Terminator was able to get his right shoulder off of the canvas. Vicious X-Terminator is now slowly getting to his feet as Raven is as well. Vicious X-Terminator hits the Horizontal Knife Drag on Raven, while at the same time, Raven has Vicious X-Terminator’s shoulder down on the mat as the referee counts the three count but Raven taps out at the same time!
Referee Slick Johnson says that Raven has won the match due to the fact that Vicious X-Terminator had his shoulders down for the three count. But referee Scott Armstrong runs down to the ring and contradicts referee Slick Johnson’s decision saying that Raven tapped out to Vicious X-Terminator. Both referees are making their case to each other and now there is a shouting match between the two referees.
Kyle Johnson: Who is the winner of this match?? Referee Slick Johnson says Raven has won due to the pinfall victory over Vicious X-Terminator, while referee Scott Armstrong says Vicious X-Terminator has won due to the submission victory over Raven. Who is the real winner??
Tyson Cooper: We don’t know which one of these two superstars is the true winner of this match. Folks… the referees are reviewing the footage one more time to see who the exact winner is.
After about eight minutes of reviewing the footage on the monitors, the referees go over to Jeremy the ring announcer and inform him of the official winner.
Jarrett Firewalker: It looks like they’ve watched the footage from numerous angles and have come to a decision.
Jeremy Tucker gets into the ring and stands between both men.
Jeremy Tucker: By referees Slick Johnson and Scott Armstrong’s decision… here is your winner by submission… Vicious X-Terminator!!
Raven immediately starts to get upset! He kicks at the bottom rope a few times and starts to shout in disapproval. He climbs out of the ring and storms up the ramp in a moment of rage as he goes into the backstage area.
Kyle Johnson: I’ve never seen Raven this angry before.
Jarrett Firewalker: He has every right to be angry.
Tyson Cooper: I honestly don’t know what to say about the outcome of this.
________________________________________________________________________
Main Event
Darren Maddox vs. Matt Hardy
Jarrett Firewalker: Now for our main event match where newcomer Darren Maddox is making his in ring debut!
Tyson Cooper: I can’t wait to see this young guy in action.
Kyle Johnson: He’s arrived here to WXW from the indy federations along with Dean Andry and Leanna Slater. I’m just as curious as you are to see how he does here tonight.
Jeremy Tucker: The following match is scheduled for one fall.
“Shine Forever” by Fozzy starts to play and Darren Maddox comes out onto the stage and looks out at the crowd with a serious look at first.
Jeremy Tucker: Making his way to the ring first, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 220 pounds, DARREN MADDOX!
He starts to grin a bit and makes his way to the ring. He gets up on the apron and climbs through the ropes and stands in the ring awaiting his opponent.
”Loaded” by Zack Tempest begins as Matt Hardy comes out onto the stage.
Jeremy Tucker: Introducing his opponent making his way to the ring from Cameron, North Carolina, weighing 235 pounds, MATT HARDY!
Matt Hardy comes down the rest of the rampway and walks up the steps into the ring. He bounces back and forth against the ropes.
Tyson Cooper: HERE WE GO!
Kyle Johnson: This should be an incredible match.
Darren Maddox and Matt Hardy start off in the center of the ring, glaring at each other. The bell rings and they immediately lock up. Matt overpowers Darren and backs him into the ropes. He begins to do a clean break but then Darren grabs Matt and starts choking him on the top rope. Earl Hebner begins to count, trying to edge Darren to break the choke.
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
3...
4...
Darren is forced to break the hold or be disqualified. Darren goes back to the center of the ring and challenges Matt to another lock up. Matt agrees and meets him in the center and they lock up again. Darren grabs him in a wrist lock and puts his leg behind Matt's and trips him. Darren holds onto the arm and pulls Matt back to his feet. Darren Irish whips Matt across the ring to the rope and as Matt comes back, Darren charges towards the running Matt and clotheslines him. Both of them pop back up at the same time and Darren takes Matt down at the legs. Darren waits for Matt to get up to his knees and he begins throwing a combination of kicks and punches to Matt.
Jarrett Firewalker: Darren is very aggressive here in the opening.
Tyson Cooper: Darren isn't the only aggressor in this match. Matt Hardy is always aggressive.
Kyle Johnson: I don't see the aggression slowing anytime soon.
Darren gets Matt up to his feet and grabs Matt's arm twisting it. Matt reverses out of it, keeping hold of Darren's arm and Irish whips Darren into the corner. Matt charges forward towards Darren and gives a corner clothesline. Matt gets Darren up and pushes him back into the corner. He scoops him up out of the corner and flips him over with a Ricochet combination. He pulls Darren up into a sitting position and starts kicking the chest/midsection of Darren. Finally Earl Hebner gets in between them and begins pushing Matt off of Darren.
Kyle Johnson: Matt taking control here now.
Matt gets Darren up and attempts to send him into the ropes, but Darren reverses it and sends Matt into the ropes. Matt holds onto the ropes stopping himself and as he does, Darren charges at him but Matt ducks it and throws Darren over the top rope and to the outside of the ring onto the floor! Matt goes to the other side of the ring and runs towards the ropes and flips over it going for a diving clothesline onto Darren.
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
3...
Darren side steps it however and Matt hits right against the barricade! Darren gets to his feet and approaches Matt. Matt begins to grab at Darren but Darren nails him with a right hand to the jaw. Darren then hits Matt with a few more punches.
Earl Hebner:
4...
Tyson Cooper: They need to pay attention to Earl Hebner's count!
Earl Hebner:
5...
6...
7...
Darren rolls into the ring to break the count and then rolls right back outside but stands on the apron. Once Matt turns around, Darren jumps off with a diving spear and connects on Matt. Darren gets up and delivers an arrogant kick to the head of Matt before getting him to his feet. Darren then sends Matt hard, shoulder first into the steel ring steps! Darren gets him right back up and slams Matt's face into the steps! He grabs Matt again and slides him into the ring.
Kyle Johnson: We are seeing the vicious side of this young superstar Darren Maddox.
Jarrett Firewalker: That's what I love about him. He's so relentless!
Darren rolls into the ring himself. Darren gets Matt up and Irish whips him into the corner. Darren charges at Matt but he gets an elbow up into the jaw of Darren in time, staggering Darren back a few steps. Matt then charges out of the corner, but Darren is the one this time that catches Matt with the elbow to the jaw. Matt stumbles back, grabbing his mouth. When he turns around, Darren nails him with a superkick!
Tyson Cooper: That kick could be heard all the way to the rooftop!
Darren gets Matt up to his feet and hits a swinging neckbreaker onto Matt. Darren rolls over and hooks the leg on Matt…
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
Kickout!
Darren out of frustration drives his forearm into the face of Matt and tries pinning him again…
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
Kickout!
Darren then grabs Matt’s arm that he was working on earlier and puts it into a vice grip hold. He keeps it locked in for several seconds, but Matt is close enough to the ropes that he puts his foot on the bottom rope.
Kyle Johnson: Good ring awareness there by Matt Hardy to know where in the ring he was.
Jarrett Firewalker: What a cheap way out!
Tyson Cooper: Cheap way out?! It was a smart move.
Darren lets go of the hold and begins to get Matt up to his feet. Matt gives him a shot to the midsection and then follows up with some right hand shots to the mouth of Darren. Matt then runs against the ropes, charging at Darren but Darren side steps him, lifts him up into the air and brings him down neck first onto the top rope. Darren leans into the ropes and then jumps up to hit Matt with a knee to the head, but Matt ducks under it. Darren lands back on his feet. Matt sends Darren into the ropes and connects with a shot to the midsection of Darren. Matt then hooks up Darren and slams him down with an Inverted DDT. Darren gets back up and Matt nails him with a clothesline. Darren pops back up and once again Matt nails him with another thunderous clothesline. Matt gets Darren up and sends him into the ropes again. As Darren comes off the ropes, Matt catches him and nails him with a Side Effect!
Tyson Cooper: Matt Hardy looks to be on fire now!
Matt Hardy makes a pin attempt…
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
Kickout!
Matt gets up and starts stalking Darren as he begins to get up. Matt runs into the ropes and as he comes off of them, he goes for a clothesline but Darren ducks under it. Darren goes behind Matt and plants Matt with a German suplex. Darren makes a cover on Matt.
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
Kickout!
Darren flips Matt over onto his stomach and drives his knee into the back of Matt and wrenches back on Matt's neck. Matt quickly uses his strength to get to his hands and knees, but Darren adjusts and puts his other leg over on the other side of Matt, putting him in a camel clutch. Matt looks like he's fading when suddenly he starts to gain some strength and fights to his feet with Darren hanging onto his back. Matt falls backwards using all of his weight to land on Darren. Matt crawls up to his feet and runs into the ropes. As he comes off the ropes, he tries landing a forearm drop but Darren rolls out of the way. Both men get to their feet and Darren takes Matt down with a knee to the face!
Kyle Johnson: This Darren Maddox is a quick thinker.
Jarrett Firewalker: I agree with you on that statement.
Darren nails Matt in the jaw with his elbow. Matt turns around and nails Darren with a right hand, but Darren comes right back with a boot to the stomach. Darren swings at Matt but Matt ducks and grabs Darren from behind and nails him with a Ricochet flipping Darren in the air causing him to land facedown onto the mat! Matt tries to capitalize by slowly being able to fight his way to the top rope. However Darren slowly begins to get to his feet and hits Matt with an elbow. Darren begins to climb up the ropes, setting Matt up for a Swinging Neckbreaker off the top rope. Matt tries to fight out, but can't. Instead of hitting the neckbreaker, Darren pushes Matt off the ropes. Matt gets back onto his feet and Darren dives off connecting with a huge Spear! Darren hooks Matt’s leg for the pin…
Earl Hebner:
1...
2...
3!!!
Tyson Cooper: The newcomer has done it! He’s got his first win here in WXW!
Jeremy Tucker: The winner of this match......DARREN MADDOX!
Jarrett Firewalker: A very impressive debut for Darren Maddox.
Tyson Cooper: I think the entire locker room needs to keep an eye on this guy. There’s a lot more where this came from.
Kyle Johnson: That’s all for this week everyone. See you next time for Monday Night WAR on August 19!
Tyson Cooper: A great way to open the show, so let’s get to it and hear what he has to say!

2...
